Receptionist Administrative Assistant

EPRT is a rapidly growing single tenant net lease publicly traded REIT based in Princeton, NJ. The Company was formed in April 2016 and currently manages over $5 billion in single tenant net lease investments. EPRT is staffed with a well-capitalized, seasoned investment team that is seeking to grow. The candidate will have the opportunity to become part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company.

The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Director of Operations. In the Receptionist role you will answer and transfer incoming calls, distribute mail, prepare outgoing mail, order supplies as well as additional tasks. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Operations and other professionals to complete tasks that allow them to focus on more advanced responsibilities. Such duties include but are not limited to organizing and attending offsite meetings with the management team, coordinating travel, conference registration, preparing expense reports and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen and transfer phone calls
  • Answer and/or forward emails accordingly
  • Keep office tidy and orderly
  • Welcome and guide visitors
  • Print legal docs for execution
  • Initiate and maintain employee access card and roster
  • Prepare FEDEX airway bills
  • Track and receive Amazon packages
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail
  • Order business cards and apparel
  • Order/pickup lunches for office staff and run various errands when requested
  • Replenish paper in copier throughout the day
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, travel, lodging, transportation etc.
  • Handle office / IT related inquiries and complaints and coordinates maintenance of office equipment
  • Initiate and maintains monthly Concur expense management reports
  • Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings
  • Initiate meeting invites and printing of materials
  • Assist with board materials and preparation of events
  • Post available positions on portals, distribute resumes, create calendar invites
  • Create, label, maintain and archive filing systems as assigned
  • Load/unload dishwasher daily

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree acceptable but Bachelors degree is preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an office environment (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must have a drivers license and use of a reliable car daily
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Able to type at least 35 wpm
  • Strong communication skills
